总统内阁

The 总统内阁 meets weekly and serves in an executive advisory capacity to the 总统, and manages overall administration. 内阁成员 advance STC’s objectives by identifying and addressing the planning, policy, procedural, operational, budget, accreditation and personnel needs within their respective areas.

The 总统内阁 consists of the following members:

• Vice 总统 for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs
• Vice 总统 of Finance and Operations

校园领导团队

The 校园领导团队 meets monthly, or more frequently as needed, to share information, collaborate and coordinate institutional initiatives and planning. 它是由 of:

教师论坛

教师论坛 is the faculty governance committee at Southeast 科技. 它的目的是 to:

1. Review, recommend and provide a first level approval on academic policies and procedures, which are then referred to Academic 领导, Executive 领导 and the Sioux Falls School Board for final approval as needed.
2. Ensure and maintain high academic standards with regard to admission, academic programming 和毕业. 
3. Assure that academics is in compliance with programmatic and HLC accreditation.
4. 监督学术委员会.
5. Provide a system of communication and coordination within academics, including a structure for making suggestions and recommendations to the Academic 领导 and Executive 东南科技领导.

The 教师论坛 has no authority with regard to faculty salaries, benefits, working conditions or setting non-academic policies at Southeast 科技.

雇员谘询委员会

The 雇员谘询委员会 is an advisory body to the 总统 and seeks to enhance 强化STC的使命. The council meets twice each semester to foster professionalism and civility among employees; increase communication between employees and administration; and promote the general welfare of employees. 其成员包括:

• Full-time faculty and staff that have been employed by the college for at least one 历年.
• Each department/division is entitled to Council representation based on the department/division size as of September 1 of each year.

Enrollment Management 领导 Team

The Enrollment Management 领导 Team guides and supports Admissions, Financial 援助, Marketing and Student Success. The team is comprised of the: 

• Vice 总统 for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs

• Director of Student Success/Registrar
• Marketing and Communications Coordinator
• Assistant 招生主任 and CRM Manager

政策委员会

Policies are written statements which express the will and intent of the Board with regard to the operation of Southeast 科技. These policies guide the Southeast 科技 总统 and all Southeast 科技 employees in the day-to-day administration of Southeast 科技. The 苏福尔斯学校董事会 allows the Southeast 科技 总统 to establish a schedule to systematically review each Board policy through his/her Policy Review 委员会(政策BG/STC).
